Realtor.com looked at years of housing market data to confirm the best week of the entire year to list your home, and here’s a hint, it’s coming up soon.
The week of April 16-22 is projected to be the most favorable time for a home seller in 2023. Spring has historically been a hot market, and this year is no different. Maybe it’s all of the sunshine, the spring cleaning or the urge to be in contract by the time summer hits, but we're expecting to see some steep competition over the homes that list in the next couple of weeks.
